What is the difference between a private and a public foundation?
A private foundation is controlled by one person, family or group of people and is mostly funded by one person, family or group of people. A public foundation is controlled by a larger group and has a wider range of funding sources.
Is the Ghodrati Foundation Scholarship only for Botswana citizens?
It’s open to anyone who meets the eligibility requirements. Non-citizen residents can also apply.
How much of my tuition fees does the Scholarship cover?
It differs, but the Scholarship can cover up to 45% of fees for the entire programme.
How much will I have to pay in installments?
It depends on your individual circumstances. The Accounts staff will sit with you to work out an affordable and manageable payment plan.
